Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 60g (about 1/4 cup) plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Directions
- Cut green onions, separating whites and greens
- Place eggs in pot, cover with cool water by about an inch
- Cover with lid and bring to rolling boil over high heat
- Once boiling, reduce to medium heat for 6 minutes
- Remove eggs from boiling water and place into large bowl of ice water for 3 minutes
- Remove eggs from cold water and peel
- Place eggs into mixing bowl, add all ingredients into bowl except for greens of the onion and mix
- Top with onion greens
