Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (40g) steel cut oats
- 2 tbsp crunchy almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 2 cups (16oz) oat milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups kale
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (or whatever flavor you like)
Directions
- Add dry ingredients into a blender, then liquid ingredients
- Blend until desired consistency is reached
