  1. Halve the onion and finely dice, peel and finely chop garlic clove
  2. Drain the cans of tuna
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl big enough to mix in
  4. Mix well
  5. Form 4-6 patties, depending on how big you want them to be
  6. Pre-heat oil in a pan
  7. Once heated, place patties in, cook around 2 minutes each side, or until crisped up
