Ingredients
- 2 5-oz. cans of tuna (in water)
- 1 egg
- Half yellow or white onion
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Halve the onion and finely dice, peel and finely chop garlic clove
- Drain the cans of tuna
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl big enough to mix in
- Mix well
- Form 4-6 patties, depending on how big you want them to be
- Pre-heat oil in a pan
- Once heated, place patties in, cook around 2 minutes each side, or until crisped up
