Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken breast (comes out to about 700g total chicken breast, if you want to use rotisserie or home cooked)
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 tbsp (60g) dijon mustard
- 1 cup (227g) nonfat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Dice onion, halve celery stalks lengthwise then dice
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl
- Salt and pepper to taste and serve
